		<description>Hi Stefan - I think that for small companies having a blog is the single easiest way to raise their profile and rise up the search engine rankings.  I run marketing seminars in Leicestershire and as I write not only amd I number one on that term but number 2 on Google for 'Marketing Seminars' this has comeabout almost entirely becasue of mt blog which I spend around 1 hour a week updating. Time well spent.</description>
