&lt;p&gt;I think he is obviously wrong about that every business needs to grow. He clearly has an agenda - franchising - that is why I guess. I like his Technician, Manager and I thing Entrepreneur analogy - I think that makes a lot of sense in a way. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got a few more books you should try, I'll send you my list when I get back home. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I better get back to my "holiday", otherwise my wife is going to get upset with me. ;-)&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>I'm reading "The E-Myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber at the moment.

Rightly or wrongly, I think that book says that it's not possible to have a one-man or one-woman business without getting totally bogged down.

I'm not so sure - and have a good mind to write a book myself in defence of the one-man or one-woman business.  Will think on that and possibly look for contributors to talk to, if I decide to go ahead.
