Whilst I believe it is vital to motivate all staff in any business, to ensure continued success, I wonder how many employes would understand deep meaningful quotes like that ?
I always try to talk to everybody that I meet in a way that they will understand, whether a high power executive in a board room, or a workman digging a hole. I think you would be amazed at the results. Be real, genuine, it works.

Keeping staff motivated and keen is vital, and often quite easy to acheive, it is amazing what difference a few little treats will make to the feeling in a company.
