Good to see the importance of data backups being highlighted. It may not be viewed as exciting and is often tragically ignored by many. External data storage is available at a fraction of the cost of what it was a few years ago and tasks can be automated. A small investment that will save huge amounts of time , money and heartache if you are hit with a virus or systems problem down the line.
