For speech and presentation skills, there are quite a number of individuals in organizations like Toastmasters and the Rotary club that are looking to increase their teaching and leadership skills. In fact, a couple of projects in the Toastmasters leadership track manual can be used for that purpose. They will, more often than not, do training for free to groups. The benefits they get out of it is the experience, a completed project, and possible new members to their local club. On the tech side, you can hire graduate level students that are looking for teaching experience. Sometimes you can get them for free, other times it is vastly cheaper than what you would get with a professional organization. Not only that, you have someone that is learning the latest and greatest tech practices. Thanks for the list!
