Offering work placements for students can be a great way for both parties to have new experiences and learn new skills.

For the student it is a perfect way to gain a real world work experience to see how a work place is different to a learning environment.

For the business owner students often have far better IT skills and can teach you a whole new world based around the internet and social networking.
