AND it is a 284MB download! So a fast connection is essential.

AND remember this is only the US version so no use for UK businesses.

AND after we looked at it:
1. desktop Basic Accounting package for 1 user, no extra access for accountants.
2. Reporting: has all reporting you need as small business.(Using names like “Invoices that haven’t been paid” - I like that, we can learn from that, and we will)
In addition they have Tax Reports by tax return form to help out in filling out tax returns. I suspect most small businesses will still use an accountant to check the tax return. I have not tried to use this yet. But it will list accounts by the appropriate line on the tax return.
3. No Budgeting
4. No Cash flow. Not actual and no forecast.
5. No inventory tracking
6. Can not download bank and credit card transactions
7. Includes Upgrade “button” in toolbar. This is to upgrade to Quickbooks Pro. You get a special price - $ 179.95 or $ 20 off regular price.
