Stefan – Great list, and thank you for linking back. I’m glad I was able to provide some level of inspiration!

One thing I would add, which you’re alluding to in several points — Expect Change.

Some people spend too much time sticking to their guns, and not enough time evaluating whether that’s worthwhile or not. Small businesses, especially, need to stay flexible.
