2. If you enter your URL, your name will become a link to the URL.
3. We may send you a confirmation email to check you are a real person
We are sorry but any violation of the above rules will mean an automatic removal of your comment.

For business travellers, staying in a hotel can be one of the most costly and tiresome aspects of being on the road.
Increasingly, however, this group is choosing an alternative that offers the feel of home with the luxury and amenities of a hotel.A serviced apartment is a type of furnished, self-contained apartment designed for short-term stays. Serviced apartments usually come equipped with amenities that can be found in a regular home, such as a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, washer/dryer, TV, and internet access. In addition, many offer a dining area and a dedicated work space. Prices for serviced apartments are typically lower than equivalent hotels rooms, especially when the stay is prolonged. Some serviced apartments are located in a hotel and share the facilities. In other cases, they are branded as part of a larger serviced apartment network.Chalet is one of the pioneers in offering the serviced apartments in Bangalore located centrally and all over Bangalore.Chalet offers the best luxury suites which are unique in its own way with all the facilities.Business travellers who relocate to Bangalore are very happy with us staying in 1,2&3 bedroom apartments with us.The best place to stay for all who visit Bangalore and Chalet promises the feel at home comfort during their stay.

Since the government made it mandatory for properties being sold off plan to have a Home Information Pack, Pali have been working on streamlining their systems for multiple properties within a single development. As Pali provide their own Local Authority Searches, Predictive Energy Performance Certificates and On-Construction Energy Performance Certificates, the prices can be kept fairly low.

With the growing number of business travelers visiting Bangalore, serviced apartments have emerged as the perfect option in the silicon valley of India. Bangalore, more known as the silicon valley rather than the Garden city has witnessed an overwhelming number of business travelers as compared to leisure travelers. Since the average stays for business travelers are between a range of 5 to 20 days, a dingy hotel room no more qualifies as a preferable stay option. “Customized options offered by serviced apartments aiming at ‘home away from home’ feeling have capitalized on the real needs of such travelers. Right from spacious living rooms deploying contemporary designs to modular kitchens, bed rooms with calm views and hygienic bath rooms, all contribute to de-stress the corporate traveler” says Mr Bharath, Director of Transit Living, a leading operator of serviced apartments in Bangalore.
On our visit to Transit Living, located on Airport Road, we found that most of the guests were from the west and were very pleased with the apartments, the flexibility in bookings and extensions and most of all the prompt service shown by the staff. “Earning a good reputation from every new guest, just our repeat customers are enough to fill all our 150 rooms in the city” states the Director Mr Bharath.

Too many social networking sites for business, not enough time! But I’ll bookmark this one and try it when I have some freetime. Has anyone had any good business from this particular network? Is it lively?

A Collaborative Mapping Marketplace to sell & promote your map products online
Collaborative Mapping Marketplace (CM2)
With Internet penetration growing each day to create 1300 million users by 2010, it becomes mandatory for every business to have a presence on the Net. In the online mapping space, navigation websites have been very popular over the last few years with the advent of the Google Earth, Microsoft’s VirtualEarth.com, Yahoo Maps etc. With the acquisition of map data companies like Navteq and availability of maps in mobile phones has only fueled the interests further. The traditional map publishers on one side are seeing a growth in use of maps. However, it has also increased the challenge of increasing the sales volumes to grow the sale of traditional printed maps in forms of road atlases, folded maps etc.
CM2 offers direct opportunities for mapping companies to promote their products and services through a online collaborative platform. CM2 allows the map sellers to augment their sales & marketing efforts by using the online visibility a large global mapping portal – MapsofWorld.com. It allows anyone to add, buy and sell any and every kind of maps & maps products. Users will add data to generate custom maps while sellers will add products – physical and digital – and reach out to a new set of audience.
Mani Singh, President Mapsofworld.com, MapXl Inc says, “In the world of navigational websites and GPS devices, CM2 intends to offer online visibility to traditional map making companies by partnering with them and utilising the 3.5 million plus user base of MapsofWorld.com. We believe this will prove to be a credible alternative for the free-to-use navigation mapping websites.”
Getting associated with brand Mapsofworld.com, companies can host information, promote and sell their products or services online. Global presence is so converted to local advantage to increase reach volumes. At reduced business costs, CM2 will generate business referrals that will develop confidence among prospects. By tailoring the market and tapping the right group of people, businesses will gain great client loyalty.
Association with Mapsofworld.com also brings in additional benefits like –
Advertising, where one can advertise their products on relevant pages and also track the viewership numbers as the campaign progresses.
Linkages, where one can create product-information pages and link it from the most-viewed map pages of Mapsofworld.com.
Maps for Mobile, where those dealing with paper maps can convert them to searchable mobile maps through our Map Feed software. Later, they can sell them to our online user base.
MapsofWorld.com also offers online purchase of digital map products or subscriptions to regular map feed. Users pay to download these maps in different formats like PDF, JPG, high resolution TIFFs or even layered EPS in varied sizes.
Through CM2, this space is being thrown open to map distributors, who can add their digital products and sell it to our user base.
Mapsofworld.com – Your Window to World
Mapsofworld.com, a renowned name in the mapping world, has launched Collaborative Mapping Marketplace (CM2), bringing together all the players – big and small, local and global to create the biggest collaborative mapping market ever.
Mapsofworld.com is a credible online resource for maps & travel related information. With a monthly user base of over 3.5 million visitors, the website offers an international platform for promoting map products and services across the globe. With a staggering 70,000 pages of quality content and over 7,000 maps, mapsofworld.com delivers over 10 million page views a month. This had made us unique and most preferred mapping portal in the world.

Telephone Pali on 08700 500 820 for more information.
All commercial properties being marketed for sale or let now require a Commercial EPC ( Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificate by law. Failure to provide one could result the owner of the commercial premises being fined up to £5000.
Energy Performance Certificates have been required on residential properties being marketed for sale or rent since 2007. However Non Domestic Properties also now require an EPC. The EPC is a report which demonstrates the energy efficiency of the building. On the front page is a graph, similar to the ones provided with domestic appliances such as fridges, which shows the energy rating. The report also will give information as to how to increase the energy efficiency therefore make savings on your fuel bill and reduce carbon emissions.
Commercial premises account for 25% of the UK’s carbon emissions so even small decreases in energy usage could help to reduce global warming. Also with energy prices on the increase and the current financial situation, implementing recommendations made on the EPC could save large amounts of money.
Pali have been providing legal reports to solicitors since 1999. With the introduction of the Home Information Packs in 2007, Pali’s client base changed, and we then started supplying the reports to Estate Agents, HIP Providers and the general public, in addition to the existing clients. We have in-house energy assessors who can provide all of your Energy Certificate needs, be it residential, commercial, SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure), Predictive EPC and On-Construction EPCs, required on new build properties by local authorities building control department.
EPCs can be very confusing and seem more of a hindrance than a help. If you are unsure of your legal requirements, your council or estate agent has told you one is required or you need information regarding Home Information Packs, please feel free to give Pali a telephone on 08700 500 820 and we will do our best to assist you.
