I wonder how many people there are employed in large organisations that are not really needed, the sort of job where, people are managing another manager etc etc.. In the recent news with the credit crunch, and all the large job cuts from large companies, I wonder what percentage of these jobs were really productive, real people doing real work..rather that people being there for the sake of being there. Or dare I say it, could be just something that someone has dreamt up to give themselves a job !
