Stefan,
I agree with both of you, but in fairness,there has been lots of times that I had my notebook but no internet. At least, whether you have your notebook with you is your control, but whether you can get a connection or not many times is not.
In many places around the world, internet is still not reliable, and it is something that managers have to think — you don't want business to stop because your provider had a shutdown.
