Since August 2008 I've been busy helping people to fight XP antivirus. That was a very stubborn malware. Then something shifted and I started getting emails about Virtumonde and its associated spyware ads. In my humble opinion Virtumonde can be nominated for the Most Horrible Digital Crap Award 2008. I personally know several people who preferred to reformat instead of fighting it. Who knows how many of these rogue security programs have been created to flood the WWW? Since August 2008 I’ve been busy helping people to fight XP antivirus. That was a very stubborn malware.
