I would guess that all small business start ups are very focussed at the start, or focussed in a new business kind of way, but once things settle down a little, a number of months or perhaps years down the line, the excitement of that new business will fade, and with that the concentration and perhaps those initial aspirations will dull a little. It is at this time you need to drive forward and to grow and improve the business, to take it to a new level, and with this have new dreams, always keep those dreams just infront of your nose, not out of reach, just not close enough to be able to grasp them, that way you will have the incentive to go forward.
